Seven Deadly Sins of foursquare [in Badges]
Just a post for fun… foursquare is excitedly promoting foursquare 3.o which is available to iPhone and Android users on Tuesday, March 8th. Part of the update furthers the platforms emphasis on encouraging and motivating its users to do certain things. But, will foursquare use send you to Hell?
These badges represent the seven deadly sins of foursquare.
1. Lust (Player Please)
2. Gluttony (Pizzialo)
3. Greed (Super Mayor)
4. Sloth (Zeotrope)
5. Wrath (Poor Decisions)
6. Envy (The Golden Ticket)
7. Pride (GTL)
Rounding the list off is the Gym, Tanning, & Laundry Badge. Nothing says Hell like the Jersey Shore.
Obviously, we don’t think you’ll go to Hell because of foursquare… but if you have all seven of these badges you might consider a check-in at a nearby place of worship. Just in case.
About the Badges: 1. Player Please – Check-in with 3 friends of the opposite sex, 2. Pizzialo – Check-in at 20 different pizza places, 3. Greed – Hold down 10 mayorships at the same time, 4. Zeotrope – 10 movie theater check-ins, 5. Poor Decisions – Check-in to venues where poor (destructive) decisions are made between midnight and 4am, 6. Golden Ticket – A special badge that gets you into the 2011 foursquare concert at SXSW, 7. GTL – checking in doing the badge’s namesake.
