What Businesses Can Do With The New Foursquare Analytics


Earlier this year, foursquare unveiled more information for businesses looking to partner with the location-based service. Now, the company has announced that it is offering a whole new analytics dashboard to internet marketers.

The new analytics dashboard lets internet marketers and business owners have easier access to information from all of their venues. This new management system makes it simple to offering multiple Specials at multiple venues. Plus, marketers will be able to see statistics about their campaigns as those special launch.

This data can easily be downloaded as a .csv file that shows the following information by day:

Venue ID

Store ID

Venue Name

Check-in Count

Special Views

Special Unlocks

Male

Female

Twitter

Facebook

13-17

18-34

35-54

55+

The tools are now available for the “quarter million businesses who have already verified, and the thousands more that join foursquare each week,” say foursquare officials. If your wanting to be one of those businesses this week, then go to the sign up page and claim your venue!

    Love the dashboard for businesses – I really hope they extend analytics to brands as well!

    That would be a great add to the brands page as well. I believe analytics for brands remain the same.
