I’ve been a Superuser Level 1 for about 2 months now. The status gives me a few privileges while using foursquare. I wanted to relay some of that info onto you, the avid users.

As a Superuser Level 1, I can edit venue info (venue name, address, cross streets, phone numbers, Twitter names), mark places as “closed”, and let foursquare know about duplicate venues. I spend a little time daily updating venue addresses, reporting duplicates & keeping Indy’s foursquare “game board” clean for the users.

Even though a large portion of the city is on the game, if you come

across a venue not there, go right ahead and add it! Just remember, foursquare has a few style guidelines for reporting a new venue:

Keep adding new venues to Indy, and you might get Superuser status too.  You can actually discuss here GetSatisfaction.
